3Rivers Therapists is a growing group private practice with locations in Pittsburgh, PA; Somerset, PA; and Philadelphia, PA. We are currently seeking part-time and/or full-time therapists who specialize in working with children ages 8 and up to join our Somerset and/or Philadelphia offices.

Compensation is percentage-based on income received and paid bi-monthly. Therapists should have a specific niche (e.g., children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family therapy, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their client base. While we provide a steady stream of referrals, we value therapists who are proactive, motivated, and collaborative.

This is a W-2 employment opportunity within a supportive, collaborative practice that values connection, sustainability, and professional growth.

 Requirements are:

*Current State of PA license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, or LAPC

*Willing to work 15 hours per week or more
