Who I work with: Adolescents & Adults
I aim to help clients overcome life challenges and gain awareness that although difficult experiences can create pain, they also build resiliency, empathy, insight, tolerance, and wisdom. I utilize a thoughtful, individualized and eclectic approach with clients, drawing on elements of psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral theories. I believe that it is important to explore the past in order to understand why we think, feel, and behave in the ways we do today.

I love anything that involves hugs from my kids, belly laughs with special people, moving my body in ways that make me feel strong, and taking time to breathe.

Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need.
A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
