Who I work with: Children (6+), adolescents & adults

My goal is to create a welcoming space where healing, resilience, and personal growth can thrive.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, or a major life transition. You don't have to face those challenges alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings, including outpatient counseling, behavioral health programs, and school-based services. My experience working closely with students, families, educators, and community agencies has given me a deep appreciation for the many factors that influence emotional well-being and personal growth.

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and strengths. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and build resilience through life's challenges.

I have advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Functional Family Therapy. These evidence-based approaches allow me to support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change while feeling safe, heard, and respected throughout the process.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

More About Me:

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons. We love traveling, exploring the mountains and the beach, and making memories together. Most weekends, you'll find me cheering on my boys from the sidelines of a baseball field, soccer field, or basketball court.
