Get to Know Shannon
Who I work with: Children (8+), adolescents, & adults
I am a Nurse Practitioner board-certified in both Family Medicine and Psychiatry, with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of health and mental health concerns. I welcome anyone who is seeking help, clarity, or support as they navigate changes in their mood, behavior, thinking, or overall well-being.
There is no “ideal” client. I work with people who may be feeling emotionally overwhelmed, withdrawn, stuck, unusually sensitive, low in motivation, or simply not like themselves. I also support individuals experiencing cognitive changes, physical symptoms connected to stress, or shifts in how they relate to others.
My goal is to meet each person where they are, create a safe and non-judgmental space, and work together to build a path toward relief, stability, and meaningful change.
