Who I work with: Older adolescents, young adults, and adults
Since earning my MSW from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007, I’ve worked across a variety of settings—including managed care, community mental health, and private practice. I typically work with individuals managing executive functioning challenges related to ADHD or Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder, symptoms of anxiety or depression, mood shifts associated with bipolar disorder, and those navigating chronic illness or life transitions.
In our sessions, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy techniques when appropriate. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to build a more fulfilling life.
