Who I work with: adolescents, young adults, and adults
Rachael brings her knowledge as a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C-DBT) to help individuals navigate challenging emotions, develop effective coping, and create meaningful relationships. Rachael also uses a trauma-informed lens with aspects of Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Person-Centered approaches.
Rachael creates a warm and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, accepted, and encouraged to make positive changes. Rachael looks forward to accompanying you on your journey towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.
