 3Rivers Therapists accepts the following insurance plans:

• Highmark/BCBS Commercial Plans

• Cigna

All copayments or deductibles are due at the time of service. If you have an out-of-network provider, full payment is due at time of service.

Cancelation Policy

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time slot, you will be billed and required to pay a $50.00 late cancellation fee.
