Who I work with: Teens, Young Adults, Adults & families
I create a safe and collaborative space to explore your most authentic self. I will provide individualized, thoughtful, and evidence based care to help you make changes towards creating the life that you want. Life is full of ups and downs and therapy and self reflection helps us create freedom from our chaotic minds and lives.
I work with teens and adults on building self-esteem and working through trauma and/or life transitions. Together we will create a toolbox to help manage depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, and whatever you'd like to focus on. Some treatment modalities I frequent are Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered and Solution Focused Therapy
More about me:
I have a bachelor's degree in music from Berklee College of Music and spent many years working as a professional music and songwriter in Los Angeles, California. I also am a National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer who very much believes in the mind-body connection when it comes to working on our mental health. I have a masters in social work from California University of Pennsylvania and am a trauma certified therapist.
