I approach my clients with positivity and warmth to ensure the creation of relationships based on trust and respect. Since 2006, I have treated children, adolescents, and families. I create an inviting, judgement-free environment to explore change using existential, humanistic, and mindfulness approaches.
I am trained in Strategic Family Therapy, certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and provide treatment rooted in CBT and Motivational Interviewing.

Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need.
A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
