From the time we are born, we are all in the process of journeying up the mountain of our life. It’s possible that you currently feel stuck, or are even wondering if the climb is still worth making at all. Like you, I have been climbing my own mountain, learning and growing with each step I take. As a fellow traveler, I can aid you in navigating the path forward. I can help you see your mountain from a different perspective, give you strategies and skills to overcome the obstacles along the way, and celebrate with you when you do.
I have experience working with a wide variety of needs but have specialized my training in the treatment of trauma, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I believe that the most essential part of my job is to cultivate a trusting, person-centered relationship with those I serve.

Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need.
A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
