My name is Marissa O'Connor and I am so excited to be a part of the 3Rivers Therapists Team. I recently graduated with my master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health from Pennsylvania Western University. For the last five years, I have practiced as a School Counselor in local schools. I have a passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential. I utilize a wide variety of techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. I really believe there is a heavy mind and-body connection that often gives you signals of how you are feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically.

In my free time, I love hiking with my husband, Jason, and my Golden Retriever, Handsome. We love to cook, travel, and spend as much time as we can outdoors. I am looking forward to walking through each journey with you!

After your appointment has been scheduled our intake coordinator will email you intake forms. Please complete them before your first appointment.

Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need.
A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
