Who I work with: Children (6+), adolescents & Young adults

As a child and adolescent therapist, I work with children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. I have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Levels 1–3), ADHD/ADD, depression, and trauma. I recognize that every client is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and understanding environment where each individual feels seen and heard.

In sessions, I utilize both directive and non-directive play therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in meeting clients where they are and adapting my therapeutic approach and interventions best to support their individual needs, strengths, and goals. For children in particular, I recognize the importance of using developmentally appropriate approaches that allow them to express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable.

I am committed to supporting each client at their own pace while helping them develop greater self-awareness, coping skills, and confidence as they navigate their experiences.
