I feel that providing a safe and trusting atmosphere is conducive to healing as well as necessary to help us navigate life in a positive and productive way. Life can be stressful, overwhelming, and downright hard at times and my goal is to help you work through the past in order for you to experience a happy and healthy present and future.
I utilize therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing and then tailor them to my client’s specific needs. I work primarily with individuals struggling with life transitions and organizational skills, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image issues, and those recovering from substance abuse. I’m here to work through the hard times and celebrate the successes with you throughout your journey.

Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need.
A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
