My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming. My primary focus is working with autistic and other neurodivergent children (age 4 and up), teens, and young adults as they navigate a world that can be confusing and complex.

I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy during my sessions, adapting to the unique needs and preferences of each client. All ways of thinking and being should be celebrated, and I strive to create an environment where our differences are honored and respected.

More about me:

I'm a South Jersey native living in Philadelphia. I love exploring the city, visiting museums, and hiking in Wissahickon Park. When I'm not out and about, I enjoy reading, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.


Cost for services:

Fee for service (if not using insurance):  $130 per session

Insurances Accepted:

Highmark BCBS, Optum, Aetna, Cigna & Self Pay

telehealth appointments

Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need. 

A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
