Who I work with: ADOLESCENTS (18+) & ADULTS
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship or family challenges. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals in their 20s, as well as those exploring identity, neurodivergence, and complex anxiety.
I integrate a range of approaches, including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, Gestalt therapy, and motivational interviewing, all through a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you navigate challenges, manage stress, and create lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in clinical research, early intervention, and mental health education. I bring over 20 years of experience in the psychology field, along with a background in group therapy supporting individuals with complex anxiety using skills like radical acceptance, exposure work, and distress tolerance. I’ve also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and incorporate mindfulness and body-based awareness when it feels helpful. Clients often describe me as approachable, curious, and genuine. I feel honored to walk alongside the people I work with as they build self-awareness, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
More About Me:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, reading, hiking, traveling, visiting museums, and keeping up with my cat, Nobi.
