Who I work with: adults
I work with individuals, families, and groups navigating challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, OCD, and substance use disorders. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and strength-based, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space for healing. I draw on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Motivational Interviewing to guide our work together. My goal is to support you in building resilience, finding hope, and moving toward meaningful change.
