Who I work with: Older adolescents, young adults, and adults

Since earning my MSW from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007, I’ve worked across a variety of settings—including managed care, community mental health, and private practice. I typically work with individuals managing executive functioning challenges related to ADHD or Asperger Syndrome, symptoms of anxiety or depression, mood shifts associated with bipolar disorder, and those navigating chronic illness or life transitions.

In our sessions, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy techniques when appropriate. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to build a more fulfilling life.
