Who I work with: Adolescents & Adults
As a mental health therapist, I have worked in private practice and community mental health settings. I have experience with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health needs. These needs include, yet are not limited to, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, bipolar, personality disorders, and complex trauma. I seek to provide safe and inclusive spaces for all of my clients ranging from individuals, to couples and families.
In sessions, I take a humanistic, person-centered approach, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT to best support each client’s needs. I believe in adapting my approach to meet clients where they are in their journey.
Ultimately, my goal is to provide counseling that fosters growth and healing. I am deeply committed to my clients' well-being and believe that lasting change comes from a mutual commitment—I bring my expertise and dedication, while clients bring their willingness to engage in their own healing.
“I am a person through other people. My humanity is tied up with yours”
