Who I work with: Adolescents & Adults

When coming to work with me, you can expect to be accepted just as you are and to be met with the belief that it is never too late to make a life change for the better. I want to help you deal with past and present adverse experiences in a whole person way that accounts for your unique needs and experiences. I have knowledge and experience working with a variety of concerns such as disordered eating and body image concerns, overwhelming emotions, cycles of maladaptive coping, intrusive thinking, and traumatic life experiences. During our work together I might use techniques from psychotherapies including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) . Together you and I will decide on the best approach to your healing and growth!

More about me:

I love taking care of my own wellness by camping, exploring hiking trails, gardening, engaging with my faith and spirituality, learning new things, laughing, and spending lots of time with my dog, Archie, and 2 cats Linus and Karl who all enjoy participating in virtual therapy!
