Who I work with: Children, Young Adults & Adults
I am a trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, Licensed Social Worker who has worked with neurodivergent children, teenagers, and adults for the last 3 years as an executive function coach and mental health therapist. We may be a good fit if you identify with any of these buzzwords: Autism, ADHD, disability, cPTSD, codependency, identity issues, queerness, spirituality, and all of the social constructs that make these concepts tough to navigate alone.
I am fascinated by how intergenerational trauma, grief, family histories, and cultural oppression affect an individual's self-image and mental health. I love working with the “outsiders” of the world and have a tendency to connect with radical, “outside-the-box” thinkers. No stigmatized topic is off limits here!
More about me:
When I’m not working, I’m probably enjoying nature, doing some kind of artsy-creative activity, listening to music, going to concerts, journaling, catching up with friends, or playing fetch with my Boston Terrier, Thin Lizzy.
