Who I work with: adolescents, young adults, and adults
I work with adolescents and young adults, ages 14 and older, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, concerns around self-esteem and/or body image, and those going through significant life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other learning disorders.
I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach, primarily drawing upon strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Strength-Based perspectives.
More About Me:
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and our big goofy yellow Labrador retriever.

Fee for service : $130 per session
