Who I work with: Children, Adolescents & Adults

My goal is to empower individuals to recognize their resilience, deepen their self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies that support lasting well-being. It’s truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they navigate healing and meaningful personal growth.

With extensive training in trauma and its effects, I bring years of experience as a child and family advocate, where I spent six years working with individuals who have experienced victimization. My clinical interests include working with those navigating trauma, grief, postpartum challenges, and other significant life transitions. I utilize a strengths-based, somatic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and trauma-informed approach, while also incorporating person-centered and mindfulness-based techniques to support my clients in their healing journey.

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals across all life stages, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can work toward growth, healing, and rediscovering a sense of peace within themselves.
